B.)Answer:  The “Dalton Dead Reckoning Computer” was invented by Philip Dalton in 1932.  A Cornell University Graduate, Dalton first entered the Army as an Artillery officer.  Later, he moved into the field of Naval Aviation where he remained until 1941 where he died while giving a student spin instruction.
